Diverse breakfast buffet

I had a great experience during my stay. The staff gave me excellent recommendations for places to explore, which made my trip enjoyable. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. I appreciated the attentiveness of the team, especially on my birthday.

There was some hair found on the mattress, which could have been avoided with better housekeeping.

This is my third time here and everything was still amazing, especially the cleanliness and delicious breakfast. I loved chilling at the rooftop pool and enjoying the sunshine on the terrace. The only downside was that the garage is a bit tight to navigate, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. just be careful! 😊

i had a great 3-night stay at lumen hotel & the lisbon light show. the deluxe twin room with city view was clean and modern, and the seasonal pool is perfect for summer. the location is just outside the main city center, and very close to a metro station. the staff was so friendly, upgrading our room and offering free breakfast, which was a delightful surprise!

We had an incredible 3-night family stay! The spacious room was ideal for our needs, and the impressive glass facade filled the space with natural light. Don't miss the evening light shows. they’re stunning! The breakfast spread, complete with prosecco, was a delightful surprise.

The pool's always packed, barely any lounge space left. Air conditioning struggles to keep rooms warm, especially on chillier nights. waited hours to get comfortable. No irons available means dealing with slow steamers, which can be frustrating after a few days with wrinkled clothes. Breakfast items often come out cold or stale, not worth the hassle when Lisbon has better brunch spots.

This was just an ideal choice for a flying visit in Lisbon with good value. The room we stayed in was clean, and the housekeeper provided us extra towels when we needed them. Make sure to double-check your requests at the front desk for quicker service.

The gym had decent equipment and was well-maintained. The staff treated us with warmth, making our stay feel welcoming. Enjoying the beautiful city view from our room each morning was a wonderful touch.
